trying to find the right way to cut down the production cost. In
China, the usage of coal mill dynamic separator is becoming the
effective way to enhance the cement manufactory’s competition
power:
1. The usage of the coal mill dynamic separator widened the usage
of different coal. By this, we can even use some kind of inferior
coal, the cost is cut down accordingly;
2. Cut down the energy consumption of the mill system about 15-20%
3. Replace the old type low efficient static separator, efficiently
control the fine coal and coarse coal separating, upgrading the
output of pulverized coal preparation;

At present, there are two main method for pulverized coal
separating in coal mill system:
1.Static separator: the structure is simple and easy for operation;

separating efficiency is low and the system output is low too;
2.Dynamic separator: use in close circuit coal mill system

residue out sieve for the pulverized coal after separating;
5.As it upgraded the fineness degree and uniformity of pulverized
coal, the burning speed of the pulverized coal in clinker calcining
system is improved greatly;

down, output and efficiency upgrading, and market competition
